You could say exactly which version of Artisan you use, which version of the Hottop, in
what configuration. You write “I have gone through the setting” but you do not say exactly
what settings and which configuration settings you selected for what. You could send along
your settings file, some essential screen snapshots of settings, some specifics about the

My connection from the Hottop Programmable Roaster to the Artisan software has been hit

I'm using a Mac and I have gone through the setting, but it's only when I
uninstall and reinstall that it seems to work. Second roasts don't work well for me.
It shows 30.2 on the ET and BT. Maybe that's a clue. Please help! I need to do a test
