The program already does that for me.
I enter the time and temp targets that you mention in Artisan, then push the start button to execute. I can even change the target values during a roast.
You have to keep in mind that Artisan can not roast beans for you if you do not have a roaster, or if you do not have green beans to roast.
In the same way, if you do not connect the device that Artisan will control and monitor for you, you can enter those values but it will not work.
An iPhone app can control a camera drone, but to ask that phone to fly and film for you is too much ;-)
But what you want can work and for me it works beautifully!
